This policy explains how to share documents when the firm specifically requests them. The public contact form does not currently accept file uploads.

Wait until our team identifies the appropriate channel and asks for the documents needed for a particular enquiry or engagement. A request to provide a document does not by itself confirm that we have accepted the matter.
Provide clear copies of relevant notices, orders, agreements, records or correspondence. Where possible, redact unrelated identity numbers, bank details, passwords, medical information and other sensitive material. Never send passwords, one-time codes or access credentials.
Use the file format, size and naming instructions provided by the firm. Do not send files that contain malware, macros or executable code. Keep the original documents safely with you and do not rely on an upload as proof that the firm received or reviewed a document until we confirm receipt.
Documents may be reviewed for intake, conflict checking, advice, case preparation or practice administration. They may be stored in firm systems or with service providers used to operate those systems. We retain or delete them according to the stage of the matter, professional obligations, legal requirements and our Privacy Policy.
Unsolicited documents sent before engagement may not be protected by advocate–client privilege. Email, WhatsApp and other transmission channels may have their own security risks. If a document is highly sensitive, ask our team for the approved method before sending it.
