This notice explains what happens when you contact Janyasi's Legal Associates through the website, email, phone or WhatsApp.
A first message starts a conversation. It does not by itself confirm representation or availability.

When representation begins
Representation begins only after the firm confirms that it can act, completes any required conflict checks and agrees the engagement terms with you. Until then, do not assume that the firm is responsible for a deadline, hearing, filing or legal step.
What to include
Give a short, accurate summary, the relevant location, key dates and the outcome you are seeking. Share only the information needed for initial triage. We may ask for specific documents or details through a designated channel after reviewing the enquiry.
Confidentiality before engagement
We handle enquiries carefully, but information sent before engagement may not be protected by advocate–client privilege. Email, WhatsApp and ordinary phone channels may carry their own security and privacy risks. Please do not send highly sensitive material unless we specifically request it and identify how it should be shared.
Response times and urgent matters
We aim to review enquiries promptly, but a response is not guaranteed within a particular period. Messages are not emergency services and do not confirm availability. If there is immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or police authority. If a court or statutory deadline is close, call us and clearly state the deadline.
Communication preferences
You may indicate whether you prefer a phone call, WhatsApp or email and whether you prefer English, Telugu or Hindi. We will try to accommodate your preference, subject to availability, confidentiality and the suitability of the channel.
